I overheard several students talking about caucusing. Every conversation I heard was a positive for planning to caucus. Lots of new caucus goers.

The enthusiasm was real in that crowd. They were energized. I think the biggest applause came when Rand talked about war. He mentioned the lives lost in Afghanistan and went on to say, paraphrasing "...I will never disregard the human cost of war...". It was amazing.
