I don't know if anyone if familiar with the Opie and Anthony Show or the recent controversy regarding XM's decision to suspend and possibly fire the duo. I listened to them up to when the were thrown off the air in 2002.
The point is that their following is quite large and they have always seemed to advocate some form of libertarianism. Anthony frequently remarked how much he liked Reagan (particularly his stated goals). The show has essentially declared war on the FCC pointing out how in a free society, the government has absolutely no claim to subscription media and therefore to pressure such media into doing things is contrary to our ideals of liberty.
I have joined the 'official unofficial forum and there ARE fervent Ron Paul supporters- but not enough. I suggest that if one happens to like the Opie and Anthony Show, they should register at the forum (Wackbag.com) and occasionally chime in about how all of the candidates are carbon copies of one another- except for Ron Paul.
As a general rule, we don't want to flood supportive forums because it can be interpreted the wrong way (invading Glen Beck's or Hannity's forums however are certainly fair game in my view. If anyone had an in with these shock jocks, educate them on Ron Paul!!
