**The Official** Republican Convention thread

Every prediction you made on this forum turned out wrong. The quoted one is straight out of Cruz's mouth.

It's understandable that a Trump supporter automatically dismiss statements from people they don't like. They were booing God and the Constitution the other night, just because some guys in yellow hats told them to.

Dude CPUd can you make a prediction thread so that they can actually quote predictions you make? I know you post a lot of content and predictions other people make.

You are always wrong. Look at you spread false statements right in this post.

I don't need a thread. Since the Iowa caucuses, I mostly concur with aggregate polling regarding the horse race numbers. Whatever forward-looking observations I make are often based on the historical outcome of the same or similar events in previous cycles. This one in particular is based on the genius strategy of Mitt 2012 to run on "because Obama" after alienating the conservative grassroots, which is exactly what is happening now.

You predicted Convention revolt. You predicted Cruz winning with delegate strategy. You predicted Trump not getting majority of delegates.

Maybe because Ted Cruz used that bogus story about his father coming over here in the RNC speech where he did not endorse Trump?

Taking off my Ron Paul goggles, it's funny how freaked out the "leftists" are about Trump.
You'd think Trump was a Baptist minister from Louisiana, rather than a rich New Yorker who is probably an agnostic at best. Trump is more of a blowhard than anything else.
Van Jones going full Libtard

Exactly, we are screwed either way with Hillary or Trump. For this election, I'm hoping for the biggest numbers the Libertarian Party has ever had along with adding as many liberty candidates to the House or Senate.

Yep. Though I'm losing confidence that RPFs will be a useful place to organize for liberty candidates. There are too many people on here begging for a police state and supporting authoritarian philosophies.

He has stated numerous times that he would rebuild the military with internal savings.

Now regarding ISIS, it's clear the West, Israel and the Saudis still have a role for them to play in global destabilization. I foresee Trump getting in trouble if he attempts to remove them.
This is the most amazing spin ever! Now if Trump doesn't bomb the mideast he's a neocon. Cognitive dissonance at it's finest.

Not Really... not 'dissonance' at all .... actually it's a consistent thought
the reference point being:
It is and has been the neocon strategy to preserve ISIS and NOT bomb them
so,
If Trump DOESN'T bomb them..
then YES...
he's being a 'neocon'.
