On February 22nd, the MOST BASIC right of the people is before the S. Ct. on Request for Rehearing, this means they have already refused to hear this case which limits government tyrany.

I love these cases. They are comical. The problem is that people still live under the illusion that this is a free country, bound by laws, when in reality it hasn't been that way for nearly a century. The illusion of the constitution and the supreme court are kept in place to keep people thinking they are free, yet whenever the public tries to use these tools to their advantage against the government they are shut down. The old slave proverb holds truer than ever. "You will never free yourself using your master's tools". Throwing logic and laws at the government is like throwing marshmallows at a fire.
