Posted the Reality Check about the single Columbian mother being stripped of delegate status to FB with the caption of "Where's Fox News?"

I'm like, trying to post these things, and find others have already been there (I did post some). Very cool to see the movements actions...

What's the status of the Massachusetts delegates? Their removal was a blatant violation of the rules. The voters of Massachusetts voted in these delegates and the actions of the MA GOP is disenfranchising voters. The next step is a lawsuit against the Republican Party of Massachusetts. I know there is a national lawsuit going on but that has no bearing on this situation (not sure if I agree with the national lawsuit) and the MA GOP is really at fault. I don't think that writing letters to them is appropriate, they have infringed on constitutional rights by abrogating the votes that occurred and clearly they have stepped beyond any possible conciliation by their brazen and illegal actions. Has a lawsuit been filed? I'm sure a number of persons who voted in the Massachusetts caususes would be happy to support a lawsuit.

The last I heard, some of the replacement delegates were refusing to accept the seats because they knew it was wrong. Hopefully more will follow suit, and they will have no one to fill the seats with, except for Mitt's campaign staffers.

They know who we are. If they think it's wrong, maybe they can become our stealth delegates. Any way to find out who they are and communicate with them? Mailing, phone, buy them lunch...

Most of those links dont work anymore. I doubt it is coincidence. Probably Mitt people contacted and persuaded owners of websites to delete articles. Does anyone got them saved?

One of our last choices for Governor, Charlie Baker, was apparently one of them.

This is all well and good, but the next step is a lawsuit. Has one been filed? Whether or not the replaced delegates are on our side is a bit moot, it was illegal and unjust that the original delegates were removed and this is exactly the situation our judicial system was designed for. The Massachusetts GOP is not going to see any repercussions of their actions unless a lawsuit is filed. I wholeheartedly agree with the petition but the fact is that they intentionally disregarded hundreds or thousands of Massachusetts voters by fraudulently re-selecting the delegates they wanted to send.

Been out of commission several days... Noticed the petition link doesn't work but I think I already signed it several days ago because someone posted it somewhere that I saw, probably Facebook.

Just went to Change.org and did a fresh search and came up with this petition. Not 100% sure if it's the same one but it seems to have a little bit of momentum going:

http://www.change.org/petitions/the-ma-state-senate-restore-the-duly-elected-delegates-and-count-the-provisional-ballots

With or without the petition link though, the most important thing is posting this stuff everywhere on national media FB pages and/or sites where they, and other people, will see it.

I don't think that press is sufficient and I don't think we will see any results except the stripping of these rightful delegates. My opinion is that we file a lawsuit against the Mass GOP which I am willing to put my name on, but if no one here agrees I will not pursue it.
