That said, the way in which this is applied is very arbitrary, but it usually requires a pretty long period of this type of behavior. The goal is to catch ritch people trying to fly under the radar who simply can't help dealing in large quantities of cash at one time. It's a problem you think you'd like to have, but at least you know you're at less of a risk of being caught for doing it if you're not rich.
