First of all, let me say hello to all of you. I have been a lurker here for several months but finally decided to join today.

Now on to the meat of this thread. I have a buddy who works for Chuck Norris (he has actually been in several episodes of "Walker, Texas Ranger" as an extra. Anyway, my buddy attended an annual meeting for the "Kickstart" program in navasota texas a couple of weeks ago, and Chuck was presiding. He told me that Chuck talked jokingly about the Huckabee commercial at the meeting. Later that night he said to me "If Huckabee wasn't so bad for the country, I would vote for him because he is a BIG supporter of KICKSTART".

For those that don't know, KICKSTART is chuck norris's school karate program (of which my buddy is an instructor). link: http://www.kick-start.org/
I think chuck wants to make KICKSTART a federally funded program instead of the privately funded program it is now. So, in essence Chuck is just another special interest group looking for a handout.

Well, I hated to see a fellow Texan turn his back on Paul for Huck but those things happen. I'm thinking there may be a religious connection that brings Huck and Chuck together also. I saw them both on Larry King the other night, and Chuck seemed genuine about his support for Huckabee.

Propaganda school. Teach the little ones how to tase people.

Hitler Youth Program Coming Soon To Your Area!

Billed as one of the nation's first "homeland security training summer camps for teenagers," a program called Secure Corps in Bucks County is drilling 92 young men and women in essential skills for this new, uncertain era.

When the eight-week program graduates will be certified in first aid, CPR (both human and animal), and what organizers call "terrorism response."

...And those skills include math: "If I have 40 acres of forest," runs a typical problem, "how many search dogs will I need to find a fugitive?"
