"The Hillary Leaks" - Wikileaks Releases 19,252 Previously Unseen DNC Emails

Yikes!

In another email, national press secretary Mark Paustenpach told DNC staffers to plant a story to further the narrative the Sanders campaign was in total chaos

-------------

Intern involvement with protests is mentioned twice in the leaked emails. DNC communications director Luis Miranda bemoaned photos of an empty anti-Trump protest in Washington, D.C. in one email chain.
Miranda said: “Going forward, when our allies screw up and don’t deliver bodies in time, we either send all our interns out there or we stay away from it.. we don’t want to own a bad picture.”

It's amusing that both the Democrats AND the establishment/NeverTrump Republicans are pushing the "Trump is working for the Russians" angle. Same tricks as days gone by and this time it's very obvious. I doubt his followers are going to fall for it, but some swing voters might.

Names and e-mail addresses are available. I wonder if a list of each individual's specific acts of corruption can be documented within a list.

We can only hope. I wonder what kind of crap the RNC emails had about Ron Paul? Particularly back in 2012 when he was really gaining some momentum for a little while.

That is outrageous.

I know expressing "outrage" is de rigueur nowadays - but no. This isn't "outrageous."

"Eat my butt" is just a pithy expression of the inner wits & souls typical of politicians and their hangers-on.

Ugly and childish, maybe - and certainly pathetic - but not outrageous.

What if the sayer of that line was also an enabler of suspected war criminals/dronegangsters?
A DNC operator working on SWCs Hillary-Obama enablement would also be outrageous.

The original comment was actually non-serious but it lead to a serious and more importan topic.

Bernie Sanders Fans’ DNC ‘Collusion’ Conspiracy Theory is Embarrassing Garbage

Fans and supporters of Independent Vermont Senator and Democratic presidential runner-up Bernie Sanders are crying “collusion” over a leaked memo that they say proves “collusion” between the Democratic National Committee and the media to “rig” the Democratic nominating contest in favor of now-presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. The only problem with that theory is everything.
The document in question is a memo that was included in the documents leaked from the same alleged hack that contained an opposition research file on presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, and which according to Sanders supporters like The New York Daily News’ Shaun King, is damning evidence of a DNC thumb on the scale:
Two other documents that are very concerning were internal memos. One, claiming to be written on May 26, 2015, a full year before Hillary was declared the winner of the party’s presidential nomination and months before the first primary was held, speaks of her as if she is already the nominee and how they aim to spend the following year preparing her for such a moment.
The DNC is supposed to be an unbiased arbiter of the campaign and this memo suggests anything but that. Furthermore, the memo gives strategies for they can best position her for general election. One of those strategies says they aim to, “Use specific hits to muddy the water around ethics, transparency, and campaign finance attacks on HRC.”
Another memo claims that they “will utilize reporters to drive a message” but do so “with no fingerprints” on the process so that the public believes the messages are coming from the reporters and not the campaign.
The memo, which has not been authenticated (but certainly looks like the real deal), does contain those specific phrases, but that’s where reality ends and fevered Berniebot fantasy begins. Here’s the text of the portion King cites:

We may never know. There is a good video interviewing Doug Wead following the RNC where he basically says the RP camp got threats from Romney people to tone down anti-Romney rhetoric or they would ruin the Paul family name. I'm sure that's only the tip of the iceberg, but it makes it clear that there were efforts by at a minimum the Romney campaign to eliminate Ron Paul at all costs.

Would not be surprised at all if the same thing happened with Clinton threatening the crap out of Sanders and using the DNC resources to ultimately win. Sanders has toned down his anti-Clinton rhetoric tremendously since the California primary. And his endorsement of her yesterday even after there was a metric shit ton of evidence saying the DNC had colluded, even after many of his most loyal supporters and delegates were booing and protesting like crazy on the DNC floor, is telling enough.

I can imagine he's received plenty of threats, and it probably started around the time when he vowed to take his fight to the convention floor. He sure did a turn-around, and I suspected it was something similar to Romney's threats. I'm sure Romney was on a mission to destroy Ron Paul, and the threats, as you said, were the tip of the iceberg. I wonder what all he had planned sometimes, since candidates like Paul will all surely face the same harassment. After what we've seen of Bernie's campaign, it's obvious that you don't have to be a liberty candidate to receive this treatment.

Yep. Seems to happen to anyone going against the status quo. The Trump people and RNC were doing the same thing to Ted Cruz, which is why all the attack dogs are after him now.
