I thought this was an interesting article. Though it posses some diturbing questions it warrents some indipendent investigation.

What are your opinions?

Good article. I like Taibbi and find him to be one of the few good journalists out there. The article focuses on Goldman Sachs and is spot on. Im almost surprised it was allowed to be published.

But then again, some think that Goldman is being set up as a scapegoat for the big crash that's coming so this, along with recent reports of record profits and bonuses at GS, could just be misdirection.

Good point guess we will know after we see what happens with the carbon credit legislation.

On another note I would not say they are being set up as a scapegoat but the actual problem if this article is to be believed (which I do).

$700 Million to keep Goldman Sachs in NYC while government steals from the people, we have people going homeless and hungry. What's wrong with this problem?
