I feel at this point, even though Huck is doing well, he is broke, only raised $1M so far this year, and barely raised anything last qtr. Only means that he will probably have to drop out unless he gets some SERIOUS CASH.

Moving forward, I am pretty confident that McCain is running VERY low on Funds as well. As we all know running for Prez is expensive.

Now, I could not think of a better candidate than McCain to go one on one against our beloved Dr. Paul. In future debates with only 2 candidates left, it is impossible to continue to ignore and NOT invite Dr. Paul. You cant have a debate with one person, unless they just scratch the debates and at this point i wouldn't be surprised. but...

So this is great news, Dr, Paul will wipe the floor with McCain on every possible issue, the war, being a true conservative, and especially the economy, not to mention about a 1000 other things. I guarantee that when Ron gets a chance to truley speak his mission we will see a ton of conversions. Not to mention all the open delegates right now from Thompson, Romney and hopefully soon Huck.

So in theory, even though the media will have you believe all is lost, it is only lost if McCAin gets to the magic Number before the convention, if huck keeps doing fairly well and we can score a big win....

How Cute... you're so naive :).

Anyway, I just want Ron to stay in to push the message like he's BEEN doing, and if that really does catch on magically somehow that would be great.

I'm not getting my hopes up though. Not anymore.

so cute ...naive ?? Why do you say that...write your point...am i missing something ? does Huck have $165MM like romney...NO...is McCAin a great debater...NO...

Our coming back depends SOLELY on Huckabee doing well, or - of course - our candidate suddenly blowing up. Either way, someone has to make a huge claim on a couple of states to CHALLENGE McCain or else THERE WILL BE NO DEBATES.

Otherwise, why would McCain accept? He's got the GOP establishment basically supporting him, even if it's not 'wholeheartedly.' They have decided he should get the nomination, RICK PERRY from Texas, of all people, called Huckabee and asked him to drop out.

Now, it may be possible with Huckabee's recent win in Kansas that he could start making significant gains - if that happens, he could force McCain to debate him and Paul would Tag Along. Paul would have to put on ONE HELL of a show in the debate to get some media attention and start being taken seriously.

Now, if Paul somehow wins Washington State tonight... then, who knows what could happen.

But i'm not getting my hopes up.

Where the hell are you getting those numbers from? I don't see how they could have 60% of the precincts counted by 6:30 pm.

Last update I got was 16% precincts reporting, and the results looked like this:

McCain - 27%
Huckabee - 26%
Paul - 21%
Romney - 17%

some kid from another board put down those numbers, he said the news isn't fully covering the results

So, again, where did the results come from? If "the news" isn't reporting them up-to-the-minute, then who the hell is this guy and how is he getting the info?

Frankly, I smell BS.

John Mccain: 26.6%
Mike Huckabee: 25.9%
Ron Paul: 21%

Thank you. My esteem is in the shits. I desperately needed this psychological boost. I am canvassing my precinct tomorrow and this will help my energy and excitement greatly.

McCain will not debate Dr.Paul... he will stay as far away from him as possible.
I believe debates are over .. well maybe 1 more if huck doesnt drop out befor end of the month.
