It will choose whichever one the program written by humans tells them to choose.

The car itself will not make a decision. The decision was already made by the guy that wrote the code.

Alternately, if the programmers did not anticipate that situation then the program will error and who knows what happens. But it will not be because the car made a choice, it will be because the programmers wrote sloppy code.
