What was Brogdon polling at before. Was there many polls in the time since he switched to the Senate race?
Bump.
He argues that his supporters aren't the type who generally respond to pollsters, and points out that his poll number when he ran for governor (2010) were around 14 percent, but when the ballots were counted, he got nearly 40 percent.
It's over. We lost.
No it's not, and your sig is now patheticChris McDaniel is good, But the others are gross.
You're gross.
How much will it hurt Brogdon if he makes Shannon go to a runoff? He can use it as a platform for a House run. Is the OK Governor term limited or likely to retire in 2018?
I don't know what Brogdon was thinking. He said he was going to talk to the big Tea Party organizations (Club for Growth, freedomWorks, Senate Conservatives Fund, etc.) to see if he had the support he needed to win. Either he decided to run without their support, which would be foolish, or they lied to him, which I doubt.
“First thing I’m going to do is say, ‘I’m not voting for Mitch McConnell. One of you guys, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, run against him.’”
“Most of us remember the day when you could go to the airport and make a mad dash to get on the plane a half-hour before it takes off,” Brogdon said.
He said today that is impossible as people are asked to remove their shoes and belts and have their wives and daughters “manhandled” by government security agents.
“I remember a time when we didn’t have to worry about the federal government listening in to our phone conversations and reading our emails,” Brogdon said. “Those days are over in America.”
Although it's a couple months old, here's an article I hadn't seen yet that contains some good quotes:

Candidates for Oklahoma's open U.S. Senate seat will participate in a series of debates across the state beginning this week in Durant.
The Oklahoma Republican Party has confirmed the attendees for the forums Wednesday in Durant, Friday in Lawton, and June 20 in Enid.
Five of the candidates will appear at the Durant and Lawton forums, while six will participate in the Enid forum.
