Not true. He also has the greed/fear/rationale of the ruling class. If he can convince some of them his solutions are better than what the brain dead establishment is proposing, money will start pouring in.

I'm sure that ALPAC + Jesse Benton doesn't mean constant "amateur" commercials this entire cycle. ALPAC knows what RTRPAC (Bush), STSPAC (Graham) and all the other ones are able to do.

I think he should reach out to the alumni of Baylor and Duke since he attended both schools. With some luck just maybe the University of Kentucky and Louisville will be of some help as well since that's his home state.

I think if the campaign set a date for a true money bomb and promoted it along with the grassroots he could really generate a lot of money for a single day. With the campaign working on their inside network they have built up and the grassroots pushing it online/offline, add in the media day coverage, he could very well top 5 million in a single day just as Ron did. The grassroots really needs to push it hard though and follow a similar strategy like Ron's were by having a website where people sign up and pledge. This gives everyone hope from top to bottom and makes them feel like there measly donation no matter how big or small will get more bang for it's buck. I'm sure the folks with bigger money (not the billionaires, more like doctors who support Rand) will have more assurance giving knowing all these middle to lower class folks are donating as well, and the same affect vice versa for the little guy knowing somewhat of a set amount has been established through the pledges site.

I say the campaign needs to get something like this in the works and get it rocking!

It's completely fine. Right after the midterm elections the Senator started making hires, one of them was the digital guy for Ted Cruz's senate campaign. Vincent Harris, he's also from Texas too and Rand grabbed another hire from Cruz. He has own company, Harris Media. Check out *some* of what they do.

Don't want to talk smack, because I think Harris Media does well in the areas where they focus on their strengths, specifically graphics for facebook.

One thing that is kind of weird those videos you posted have 38 and 28 views respectively even though they've been up for four years.

I don't think he'll have a problem doing just that. He's more engaging, charming, and politically savvy than his father, and even he managed to get his face on tv. People who spent the previous 8 years supporting Ron will dust off their supplies. He'll be fine, as long as he doesn't do anything really stupid.
