The blimp won't make it for the TeaParty in Boston?

I can't speak for the other post author, but I guess it depends on your definition of a donation.

There weren't any guarantees or contracts to sign with your donation.

That would pretty much be my definition.

I just don't understand why people would demand that they receive their money back on something that they didn't directly purchase, and for which they now have no legal recourse. Nobody promised anything specific. If one wants to buy blimp time and then demand a refund when things don't go one's way, then more power to you.
 
People purchased ad time from the Liberty Political Advertising LLC.
Ok, got it...looks like there is legal recourse...so if enough people demand refunds, it will likely scuttle the project...great way to set that up. It's not even tax deductible.
