The Blaze (Glenn Beck's website): "Ron Paul Releases First TV Ad - and its Epic"

We need to dominate the comments on a lot of these sites commenting on the new vid. There are a lot of negative comments.

"If you like gay marriage, legalized drugs and prostitution, and all manner of “consenting adult” behavior being mainstreamed then by all means vote morally liberal-itarian"

Thanks, commenter. I will!

Some of the comments are pissing me off!

Yes, but some of them are making me very happy:

I think this is the year I become a Ron Paul supporter.

I don’t know alot about him. I used to think he was a nut, now I agree with him on everything I’ve heard so far. We do need to bring our solders home, and protect our borders. You can’t help the world if things are not good at home. “A house divded againt it self, will not stand”. I’m voting for Ron Paul unless someone better comes up!

I agree .. and I love that he puts the Dems on the defensive RIGHT FROM THE beginning .. .This is what ALL R’s need to do!

TEA!

FYI - if you were around 4 years ago, you'd never in your wildest dreams imagine that you'd be seeing the above comments from pretty mainstream Republicans....this ad is going to increase Ron Paul's net favorability, I'd imagine. Can't wait for the next wave of polls!

Another thing worth noting, if you're a forum member and leave a comment, don't name call and pick a good, respectible ID when you sign up for these accounts. Someone (very likely not a forum member) left excellent comments, yet under the account name "Booger"; we need to be a first rate grassroots effort to follow a first rate campaign. Not saying it was anyone here, more of just a reminder.

I agree with Malkusm. A lot of these answers are great! I think this ad will explode his campaign open. We need to focus on July 19th now, then Ames in August. If we can do that...we'll be in the drivers seat. Also, ronpaul101 made a great point. Everyone needs to act civilized. The only true way to promote his message is through honest debate. If a paul basher says rude things, stick the the subject. Don't try to come back with something bigger. And whatever you guys say online...BE POSITIVE!

Shem posted this on facebook yesterday, might be fitting for some of those 'conservatives' at the blaze. Italics I added.

Don't like gay marriages? Don't get one.. Don't like cigarettes? Don't smoke them.. Don't like abortions? Don't get one.. Don't like sex? Don't have it.. Don't like drugs? Don't do them.. Don't like porn? Don't watch it.. Don't like alcohol? Don't drink it.. Don't like guns? Don't buy one.. Don't like prayer in public? Don't do it... Don't like your rights taken away??? Don't take away someone else's!!!

Is Glenn Beck still in the US or does he do everything directly from Israel now?

Dang, he’s 75 years old.

And he has kinda beadie little eyes.

But he has a backbone, and stands up for a lot of the right things!

Are you going to have sex with him or trust him to appoint the right people in power whilst firing the others?

I lol'd!

My sentiments exactly. I think the comments are incredibly favorable overall, and it's great to see how many people 'get' what RP is all about.

One comment that I saw was from someone who thought Ron was too radical with the End the Fed talk 4 years ago. Now the person is fully on board. That's amazing, and I think lots of GOP'ers are working their way through Ron's positions in similar fashion.

It's also great to see how many people now know about Ron's record, and they can discern his personal conservative values from his political 'fed gov has no business enaging this issue' message of constitutionally protected liberty.

Viva la r3volution.

Be nice guys, don't brow beat anybody. Just give them the facts. Plants those seeds and they will eventually come around.

And if you want the government to increasingly consent for you in all areas of your life, vote for anyone aside from Ron Paul!

I wouldn't overly pay attention to the comments. Less than 1% of people actually post comments - the article is what matters.

Positive comments rule.

And this is where Conservatives and Libertarians part ways, you all talk about smaller government and how government is in your life way too much. What you’re actually saying is stay out of my life, and everyone else that has the same “Values”, but get everyone else who doesn’t think, act, or talk like I do. It’s pathetic and hypocritical, that being said – I am Catholic, I don’t need the government to give me my moral compass, and I don’t want your government to give it to me either.

Your – is possessive. You’re – short for you are.
It aint that damn hard
