Every one here would like to see Dr. Paul get elected President, that much is undeniable. One thing we should consider is electing a Congress that would share the views that Ron Paul has on the Constitution in particular. It would be a great deal easier to pass legislation that restore the republic if Dr. Paul didn't have to fight for every scrap of ground.

If there is a Constitutional supporter running for office we should ask Dr. Paul to speak with this person and perhaps endorse him/her. Or even find a good candidate and ask the person to run.

Given the current powers of the Executive branch our primary goal is obviously for the person this forum is named after to be elected. But if we also support and get elected a Congress that is of the same mindset the daunting tasks will be much easier.

I know it is something we don't want to hear but if Dr. Paul does not get elected we still will have made a drastic change to the system and given the good Doctor some company in Congress.
