[h=1]The Benghazi Testimony: Hillary’s Norma Desmond Moment[/h]October 23, 2015—Hillary lied. So did the rest of the Obama administration, including Obama himself. They knew the Benghazi attack was not a “spontaneous uprising” triggered by an anti-Muslim internet video. But that’s the narrative they chose to sell to the American public.
At 10:00 pm on September 11, 2012, while the consulate was still under siege, Hillary released a statement pushing the “spontaneous uprising” narrative on the American people. The Obama administration doubled-down on this narrative.

But by 11:00 pm the same night, Hillary emailed her daughter Chelsea: “Two officers were killed today in Benghazi by an al-Qaeda-like group.” Furthermore, her notes on her next-day September 12 phone conversation with the Egyptian Prime Minister reveal that Hillary referred to the attack as a “terrorist attack,” while making no mention of the video. But to the American people, she and the Obama administration continued the “spontaneous uprising” narrative.

Hillary and Obama lied to America — lied to you — six weeks before the 2012 presidential election.
