I think, the Youtube-version is better without Ron Paul...It gives better impression...

MAybe, but if the campaign wants to put this ad on tv they are going to have to say "I'm Ron Paul and I approve of this message." That is just FEC law. Otherwise if you do without campaignh, then you would not have to put the I'm RP and I approve of this message.

If it isn't the campaign, I think there has to be a 4 second spot that says "Paid for by whatever PAC or group".

You should also use big bold letters, go to every forum there and post the same thing over and over.
Then, when people get mad because you're spamming, you should pretend that what you're doing isn't a form of spam and that you are going to make millions and millions of people see this. Oh! I recommend TYPING IN CAPS WHEN YOU RESPOND TO PEOPLE AND TELL PEOPLE THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE A VIDEO POPULAR.
Hopefully all those McCain and Romney supporters will be bored today, go on to YouTube, search for popular Ron Paul videos, watch this and then convert. Thats your plan anyway. Much more effective than raising money to run local ads in a newspaper, or to work to get this on a a local radio/TV station.
But, like you said, I obviously know nothing about this.

I've already got the ad edited now with RP's voice in it saying, "I'm RP and I approve this message." I can add it to YouTube or just save it for later...
Save it, i think that people understand it without the voice...
If you add it, people will think that, IT´S JUST A CAMPAIGN AD AGAIN...
