Good question.

In a libertarian society, if I sell peanuts and somebody is allergic to peanuts and they buy my peanuts and consume them, can they sue me?

In a libertarian society, if I sell almond butter and somebody is allergic to peanuts and they buy my almond butter, but in fact it is peanut butter in disguise, can they sue me?

I'm not a big fan of litigation unless there is some type of fraud - OR - if the government mandates you get a certain treatment to access government programs that you have paid for (which, isn't very libertarian to begin with..)

Of course. Otherwise why have any government at all? This is the obvious alternative to regulation.

I answered my own question in the next sentence.. yes you can sue for fraud. Yes, people should be able to sue the vaccine manufacturers for fraud in this case since it was false advertising, and in any case where the government requires kids get vaccines to go to school.

However, I don't think people should generally be able to sue because they had a bad reaction to something they chose to take.
 
According to the FDA website during all this, for an experimental vaccine to be released, there can be no viable alternatives. Which explains why they lied about hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. Because if they had not been smeared, they never would have been able to release the experimental vaccines.

I can’t attest to the validity of this, but I remember reading that Birx said in her book that she intentionally misled/lied to Trump many times in order to get her desired outcome.

Rand seems to have Fauci dead to rights on his funding the creation of the virus and lying about it. Then he went on to lie about hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin and the experimental vaccines and covered up how many people were dying from them.

Our government silenced anyone who didn’t agree with what they were doing and the Twitter Files are evidence of that.

If we let them get away with this, they are going to do it again and probably even worse.

Not the old definition for a vaccine, but they actually changed the definition of a vaccine during this thing. It was amazing what you saw by following the FDA website closely.

Of course not. Trump isn't a judge.

It was still the Trump Administration which granted Big Pharma said immunity from liability, or rather tried to and failed. Just because you used a verb he didn't use doesn't make him wrong about that.

Trump isn't a doctor or a scientist either.
He had nothing to do with calling it a vaccine.
The deepstate called it a vaccine and lied to him.

The point is that there is no connection between Trump and his judges and calling it a vaccine and no basis to claim Trump's SCOTUS will overturn this ruling when even the 9th circus gets it right.

And millions of us looked at the facts available to even us as unconnected civilians and said, uh, no, that's not what a vaccine is.

He's too stupid to be president. That, not "veto-proof majorities", is what makes him completely powerless to stop evil. Whether he's really that stupid or just another Deep State Figurehead, he's a proven loser. Time to try a different strategy than, "Vote Trump and pray he grows a brain!"

Maybe it's time to elect someone with some kind of expertise other than how to get out from under loans through bankruptcy and who to bribe to get a zoning variance.

He had no way to dispute what every doctor with a government job or access to a microphone was repeating over and over.
Not only would the media have crucified him for opposing a "vaccine", but Congress would have impeached and removed him for interfering with the bureacracy.

Trump is the only option, don't even try to claim RFKommie with the CIA handler running his campaign is better, or that his actual record on covid wasn't much worse, I'm tired of having to post the proof of the truth every time you lie.

Oh, so the lie was that you said he was too stupid to see what millions of us figured out with less information than he had access to?

What you really said was that he will twist with the prevailing winds on every important thing that comes up, and we should all be down with that because you think he's our "only choice"?

There is no lie, Trump is not a scientist and had no time to be involved with the scientific details.
And if he had been made aware of the scientific details he had nothing he could do about them.

He did not label what they created a vaccine, they labeled it one and told him it was one and he was in position to argue because he was busy with everything else he was doing to fight the garbage being thrown at him and doing things like promoting alternative treatments, and even had he had the time and decided to look into the matter he couldn't do anything to oppose the bureaucracy and media in the middle of an election year where the public had been whipped into a panic over the "pandemic" and the media was already blaming him for every single real or fake death.

Trump had nothing to do with calling a not vaccine a vaccine, this is not an anti-Trump ruling, and his justices will not overturn this ruling so it won't be overturned.
