I dont think the graphs estimate is correct. It would have to be forcasting a slow down in giving because there are 92 days in this quarter and with only 42 days in and 50 left we are nearly at $8 million. If we just maintain the pace we have set, the goal will be $17.5 million.

I derived this at $8 million divided by 42 days equals$190,476.19 per day average. Multiply that by 93 days and it comes to $17,523,809.52.

The highest recorded Republican is a littel over 21.3 done by Guiliani in the first quarter.

The thing that messes up any projections is the one day $4.3m total from November the 5th. I know you are averaging it in. In order for the average to work we need another money bomb as successful as the last.

I know about Tea Party. I have a feeling it will surpass the last.

The 16th is five weeks away. That's a long stretch to hold momentum. There is much to gain or loose during this time.

Valid point. The iowa debates are scheduled for December 4th, and as I understand it Dr. Paul may not be considered a "major" candidate and may thus be excluded.
