I just wanted to thank all of you who worked so hard to pull in votes on behalf of Ron Paul. We appreciate the effort and please continue fighting, I haven't heard anyone singing yet.

Thank you to all who worked so hard in Florida.

My take. Mitt spent a bundle and received no delegates. How much more will he be willing to spend.

Rudy likely out today. Huck is a matter of time. Little money left and if he doesn't get as much media he will not be able to advertise much.

McCain won but not much money left and I doubt his voters will contribute much.

If Dr. Paul remains in the debate tonight, he should start to take on the other three. Now is the time to start standing out.

It's not over by a longshot, the message is still being spread and it will be heard!

I think that is the important thing. Some of the workers in Florida worked very hard (well done, ckhagen and others!), and got the message out. Many people didn't hear the message and still don't know - and others heard but were not convinced. There is still work to be done.

But we should not be entirely negative about those who said "I like what he stands for, but I'm not going to vote for him because he has no chance" - because they have heard, and even if they have not quite arrived, they are on the way.

Thanks guys. Last night was tough. When you don't see any tv ads or campaigning it is hard to remember there are fights on other fronts that are going well. We kind of felt left out there even though we realize that it was smart not to blow money in Florida. My county had one of the higher percentages. In the whole picture of things 3% with NO MEDIA, NO ADS, NO CAMPAIGNING and just word of mouth and grassroots campaigning is pretty good even when we were hoping for more.

It was disappointing to spend months canvassing and sign waving and still only get 3.4% statewide. We knew all along though that FL would be a difficult state for us. One thing to remember is that as in other states we saw a very good response in those precincts with precinct captains. My precinct was more than double the statewide average which really proves that the program works. If you're not already signed up than do it. If you're working on your precinct take heart that it does yield results.

Thanks - the recognition is much appreciated.

The 3% showing is not reflective of the amount of canvasing, phone calling, letter writting, sign waving and other campaigning that has taken place around the state for the past 8+ months.

In Jacksonville - every other GOP candidate made multiple visits to the city. Ron Paul did not come once. We aren't complaining - we realize Florida was not part of the plan - it just might help explain the low vote percentage.

We have built an incredible base of enthusiastic grassroots activists hungry for Peace, Freedom and Prosperity and a return to constitutional government.

It's exciting!

My precinct, Precinct 4 in Brevard County generated 6.44% for Ron Paul

I attribute it to

1.) Sign on my lawn since Christmas
2.) 9 (of 12) pages of phone canvassing
3.) My presence at and a sign pointing directly towards the precinct on vote day
4.) Sending my beautiful daughters out to do sign waving!
