Thank you ladies and gentlemen! :) Looks like we've got a pretty good representative sample of grassroots activists in each region. So let's work on a meeting agenda for a brainstorming session. The agenda should include:
  • Time and Place for meeting - Should we start a MeetUp group, use this forum's chat room, open a new thread in the Texas subforum, Skype...
  • Delegate Discussions - This is priority #1! Maybe we could discuss the best training videos, creating a short FAQ for volunteers to hand out, etc.
  • Representation on RPF - Do we want a particular person to be a go-to person for each region of the state on Ron Paul Forums...that way if we have a group wanting to know what's going on in Region 3 or if they have any resources available, you'll be the person to contact.
  • What can non-delegate volunteers do? - This is be crucial to discuss because not everyone can/wants to be involved in the delegate process. What can they be doing?
  • Rural/Lone Scouts - Some of us will be far flung and away from the Metro areas. What can someone that's rural do in their unique situation?
  • The Liberty for All Super PAC - I imagine we'll be focusing on getting people in metro areas plugged in here.

Houstonians, we should do some kind of meetup soon somewhere...or some kind of contest to see who can bring the most people to a meetup...something, anything... hopefully, all areas here in Texas can do something similar, and then other states will mimick...I dunno, hell, anything...

And primary sponsor of SOPA. How's Sheriff Mack looking to do in the primary?
He needs lots of attention. Right now his grass roots is virtually non-existent. But here is the Trailer billboard frame that I built yesterday --- I am still waiting for the two 8'x44' banners that the campaign ordered --- Hopefully it will garner a bit of attention. He desperately needs it. I hope driving through Austin and San Antonio during rush hour may get him some much needed support.

Meet up at your precinct conventions, should be soon. Need to be there to be a delegate.

Harris County is not having precinct conventions due to the redistricting changes. They will be selecting delegates at the Senate Convention. Or that's the way I understand it anyway.
