Prostitution is a profession. Is it any more or less dignified than any other? I know a man who runs a business pumping septic tanks and handling porta-johns. Surely a low dignity career, right? His motto was "It smells like money to me".

If you can do what other's think is below their dignity, you can become very wealthy, and then they really hate you, just like so many (dignified) women hate prostitutes.
