Ted Cruz on Iran @ Tucker Carlson

Candace MF Owens.

They tried to redefine antisemitism, criminalize criticism of Israel on college campuses, and most crucially, seed the idea that the declaration of Christ as our King amounted to hatred against Jews.

All of this was done in preparation for the“Greater Israel” agenda, regarding which they attempted to emotionally manipulate Americans to accept.

The conspiracy theorists were right again.

It was always about a planned war with Iran and a doomed, heretical belief that mass slaughter of women and children is messianic.

If you believe the polish Benjamin Mileikowsky is chosen by God to impart murder, starvation, rape and blackmail, then may God have mercy on your soul.

Netanyahu is of the synagogue of Satan.

Every war he demands in congress ends with the mass slaughter of Christians.

He is no more “God’s chosen” than Henrik Yagoda or Vladimir Lenin was before him.

Because whether or not you like to see it, there are trade-offs.

I know you don't get this, but it was never a question of what we're seeing now versus something better. It's what we're seeing now versus something worse. And the door is being kept open for dissent. Something that was not assured with the trade-off.

The alternative could easily have been: Increased censorship on social media platforms. X is shut down for allowing "misinformation". Ulbricht is still languishing in prison and is joined by Tucker and Jones. The foreign invasion at your expense is ramped up. The Green New Deal is fast-tracked. US military strikes in Russia. And you STILL would have had US-backed Israeli aggression - probably, would have direct US strikes with nukes in Iran by now.

In the real world, there are always trade-offs.

No one is saying we shouldn't push back hard against the militarism and crazy spending! We're fortunate we still have that ability.
I'm torn on who would have been better in the long run. Trump has "less bad" policies from a libertarian standpoint. A trump win helps to slow down the crazy censorship machine that the left has created and illegal immigration.

The problem is that we're sitting on a debt bomb that's very likely to explode during trump's term. If that happens on trump's watch we're likely to have an inflationary depression much worse than the great depression. So we're going to be at war and in economic collapse. And it will get blamed on trump and republicans and capitalism. Despite the fact that trump is objectively moving us towards socialism. If that happens we're going to end up with someone like AOC with a dominant win in 2028.

I always try to keep an optimistic outlook, I guess.

If the free speech platforms were shut down, then someone like AOC would have a clear path. As it currently stands, whoever they pick will have to run the gauntlet and those ideas don't hold up to scrutiny (as Cruz so eloquently demonstrated here). Trump was never going to be the answer, but I think his victory did hold the door open.

Here's my optimistic side:

Assuming we get the collapse of the dollar on trump's watch, it may be really hard for the left to enact their own policies due to basic physics. The government won't have as much power because with a collapsed dollar they can't fund nearly as much.

Either way I've been saying for years that nothing is going to change until the dollar collapses. Then we're either going hard core totalitarianism or real free market capitalism. I'm 100% sure the dollar is going to collapse, but I have 0% idea what happens next.

Or both-- one thing on the coasts, and the other in between.

Wow. Just wow. Does he still want to be POTUS? He's at least a POS.

Candace Owens is almost down to the heart of the matter.

Want to help God's Chosen? Well, you might look to the Orthodox Catholic Church in, say, Bethlehem. They are descended from the people who invited Jesus into their homes and fed Him.

If you want to do those people a favor, you'll clean Tel Aviv out, shut it down, turn out the lights.

It's really one contradiction after another. But hopefully, this finally puts the nail in the coffin of who Cruz really is. For a while there, people actually believed he was one of the good ones.
Well I highly doubt his political career is in jeopardy after this. He just got reelected last year. By the time he's up for reelection again, Texans will probably have long forgotten about this. Even if they haven't, they'll still vote for him to keep whatever Democrat they put up against him out.
