I just donated $200 instead of just the $100 I originally pledged - I hope this will not mess up anyone's mathematical calculations for today!

The extra money was in return for my other favorite message board's owner using his format to endorse Alan Keyes!

I don't know, but if I were on the HQ staff, I sure would do my best to honor that request. The Tea Party is going to make history, so it's in HQ's best interest to maximize donations today.

If I remember correctly, on the big Nov. 5th donation day, HQ dumped a lot of the "offline" donations into the total on that day.

Official December 16th donation times are from
12:00 am to 12:00pm EST (That would NOON!!)

Should be 1200 AM to 1159 PM!!!!! Or it should be 12 AM 16th to 12 AM 17th.

I remember specifically on Nov 5th that the donations until 12pm pst DID COUNT! We raised about $4 million to 4.1 million and got another 150k to 2k after 12pm est.

No they did not. Trevor contacted the official campaign and they stated that only donations that come in during Dec. 16th in EASTERN STANDARD TIME count towards today's totals.

If you want your donation to count for today, you must do it before 11:59 pm EST tonight.

And I wouldn't suggest waiting until the last minute - if you've got money to donate, DONATE NOW.

We were raising more money per hour in the last 20 minutes than ever before in the 24 hour period. Then it suddenly shot down because the website was overloaded and most were unable to get into it anymore(I know I couldn't). This is completely different than Nov 5th as it slowed down as the night continued and very few waited until the last minute. For anybody who planned on donating in the 24 hour period and had waited until the last minute (As way too many did according to graphs its quite insane) http://paulcash.slact.net/ If you were unable to get your donation through donate whenever you can get it through. i donated another $100 at 10:22 PM mt time. right when i got home from work. i don't live on east coast time, so i donated based on how i live. if the campaign decides not to count my donation towards the 16th, i'll just call my credit card and have them stop payment. i can use that money towards slim jims or something useful.
