Tea Party Facebook group blocking Ron Paul supporters

They also say lots of things that are anti-liberty, anti-Constitution, anti-fiscal conservatism, which is against what the Tea Party is supposed to be about. They're simply pro-Republican, any Republican (except Ron Paul), and really don't seem to care about the principles they're supposed to be promoting.

To the part of the post I made bold...

Any Republican that can be controlled.

Those sites do not want Ron Paul supporters because they fear Ron Paul supporters won't suck it up and compromise.

They ban us because they know we're the real deal and a threat to the government establishment they secretly wish to protect under the guise of promoting tea parties and liberty.

It's been pretty well known that the Tea Party which is popular today is not the same tea party that was started in 2007. It is just another arm of the status quo Republican party. Even though it is infuriating to see what some of them believe, I think it's best to just leave well enough alone. You are not going to convince them if you are calling them names (even if the names are appropriate...lol).

Just plant the seed and then move on to those who are more open to the message.

...no such thing...the Tea Party is Ron Paul's. This is a group of interlopers on parade.

I was blocked from their page for defending Ron Paul against vicious attacks. One person had even posted something I refuse to repeat. Nobody said anything to them, but the moderator specifically singled me out and chastised me. I was disgusted.

Anyway if he doesnt believe that Ron Paul is the godfather just show him this video.

The tea party has been infiltrated by fox news neocons, even in the video it says his the GodFather of the Tea Party.

will post on the fb page once i am home from work!!

I was banned from the Georgia Tea Party Patriots, because I talked about 100's of thousands of people who have died due to our foreign policy, which is creating a new generation of terrorist. Then the admin of the group tried to argue, I politely explained that understanding why they attack us, can be found in the Bush Administrations 9/11 commission report, and gave a link to the report, and pointed out pages 47-52.

Shortly after this I was booted from the group and banned by the moderator, whom just three weeks ago I cleared a table at the Georgia Fish Fry for her Tea Party group, and carried her boxes in for her. Sad, I'm always polite and helpful, and provide facts. Yet I'm labeled a rebel, heck I never even swear on facebook.

Pointing out Bush's stance on a Humble foreign policy when he was running for president, Wesley Clark explaining the Pentagon's plan to nation build Middle Eastern Countries immediately after 9/11, explaining our view on why they attack us can is clearly identified by the CIA in the 911 commission report. But I guess mentioning the fact 100's of thousands of Muslims have been killed because of the war on terror is a reality, most don't ever want to speak about... Guess I'd rather kill flies with a swatter.

There are people who came in afterwards, ran in front of the parade and pretended to be drum majors, and nothing stops them from using the words 'tea party'.

It doesn't matter. We know who we are.

ok the guy is a moron.... he is claiming defense spending is only 4% of the budget.

Yeah, "defense" spending. The rest is militarism.

That sounds like the best approach. Discuss the issues. Did you drop Ron Paul's name a lot? Would people's luck be better if they just promoted the Ron Paul agenda without overtly mentioning Ron Paul? Or will they realize you're "fooling" them.

Some of our supporters are antagonistic twits, which in turn rile up their antagonistic nitwits, which in turn creates unproductive carnage. It's so goddamn childish.

I try not to bring Ron Paul's name up, when someone is disagreeing with what I write, but it is where I discovered the message. I doubt I'm fooling anyone, since I'm pretty upfront about my nonintervention rhetoric. I think these people would rather sink into entropy, then face reality. It's deeper then just simply disagreeing on the issues, I really think these people are mentally ill and irrational.

I hope I don't come across as an antagonistic twit, but many of these people blame our rhetoric for endangering soldiers. Then when you try to explain that their beating of the war drum, perpetuates harms way for our soldiers, in their minds, I'm sure I'm an antagonistic twit.

BTW I have never called anyone a "Sheep" "Neocon" "Drone" or "Zombies" on a public forum. Even after someone has called me a Paulbot, I have never retaliated with words which are over used by a vast majority of us. I admit, I've referred to them as neocons on RPF and closed private groups, but on public boards, it does us no good to name call!

Sometimes you hit a point where the effort to convert the Hannity/O'Reilly crowd costs more energy than the benefits. There are so many undecided, apathetic, and disenfranchised voters in this country, why spend your efforts on the brainwashed masses (relatively small masses at that) that won't vote for RP no matter how hard you try? I'd stay away from the faux Tea Party forums for just that reason. It's a waste of time. Your voice isn't nearly as loud as the Israel-firsters at Fox. Instead, get your neighbor to register Republican and vote for RP in your state's primary. That will be way more influential than wasting your time posting on some Facebook page full of Bushies that don't want to associate themselves with the disaster that was 2000-20008 so they call themselves Tea Party.

How about taking all that time and energy and actually working to get Ron Paul elected? I can't tell if this entire place in infiltrated or what? But, except for the few people who are trying to help Ron Paul such as Aravoth, Liberty Eagle, and forgive me if I have missed the other kind people, all I see here are people who would like to make Ron Paul and the rest of us look as bad as possible. Since when is it ever ok to spam people, attack them, go to their pages uninvited and say cruel things to them, or just be total monsters in general?

Every single time you call someone an idiot for not like Ron Paul you lose him 10 votes. You lose 1 for the person you are talking to and 9 more for the people watching. I am working my ass off to get this man elected and you all are undoing all the hard work all of us are doing. If this was my site, I would ban every one of you.

Under no circumstances is it ok to be rude to anyone. Ever. I question the motives of every single person who attacks anyone who won't stand up and cheer for Ron Paul. As Liberty Eagle said, we need the votes of all these people you are driving away.

When I started working on money bombs around here, I got attacked, jeered at, laughed at, and I left. I am now working very hard on another site with people who are trying to get Ron elected. I come back every now and then and I see the hard working people being driven off by the defense of indefensible behavior and it saddens me. If you think this thread is going to turn people on to the greatness of Ron Paul you are deluded.

I wish I could have copied Aravoth's post, because I thought it was brilliant.
