I also want to address this nonsense that Ron Paul is the godfather of the Tea Party movement and therefore every "real" Tea Party group must endorse/support Dr. Paul. Dr. Paul did hold a Tea Party money bomb in 2007 and he did raise a lot of money but just holding an event with a similar name does not mean that he is responsible for the incredible growth of this movement. Ron Paul did not make this movement successful, regular Americans who stood up did. I don't care who held the "first" Tea Party I care about the millions of Americans who changed the direction of this country, Ron Paul didn't motivate the majority of those people (however I appreciate his contribution to this movement).

Honestly, Ron Paul supporters shouldn't be out there being hostile to those that wish to support other candidates. Thank you Dustin!!!!!! I appreciate your view of open deabte and views , just not blatant attacks on the people ( like myself) who do not like Ron Paul or his crazy views of the world. I think that you are correct in putting a restarint on people who violate a civil code when talking about cadidates. I have been cursed out , trashed talked about for hours on another site just because I referenced Ron Paul as being an idiot like Obama. That is my oppinion and others have their oppinnion and views as well. Lets all be civil and remmeber that the main objective here is to get rid of OBAMA!!! They are NOT blocking RP supporters for simply supporting Ron Paul

Actually, the OP is doing a bit of selective quoting. People should go over there and read the entire thing. They are not blocking RP supporters, simply for supporting Ron Paul. Far from it.

I have been supportive of the liberty movement, one of the organizations I founded the Western Representation PAC gave maximum($5,000) contributions to Rand Paul and John Dennis in 2010 and donated to BJ Lawson. We were one of the only national groups to support liberty minded candidate Phil Moffett in the Kentucky gubernatorial primary. That being said I support I stand by the decision of this page to block Ron Paul supporters that restrict debate with their constant attacks on non-Paul supporters and their ridiculous threats.

This decision does not mean that we will block Ron Paul supporters simply for supporting Ron Paul or ANY candidate. What we will not tolerate however, is for Ron Paul supporters to make this a hostile environment for everybody else. If you think that everyone who disagrees with Ron Paul's views on foreign policy is a "sheeple" or you think using the term "neo-con" is an insult you probably should take your drivel elsewhere.
