I wanted to see if anyone out there knew of a good site that listed the many taxes we are forced to pay, and just what they are supposed to be funding.

I've looked a bit and can't seem to find anything.......

I don't know where all your taxes go but I do know where some of them go. They go to bail out the rich!!!! When I say rich I don't mean the rich guy down the street, i mean the the likes of bear stearns and whatever country that has borrowed us dollars from the world bank, etc.

Want to learn more? Don't ask me, get a book called THE CREATURE FROM JEKYLL ISLAND AUTHOR IS G. EDWARD GRIFFIN This book is a must read for anyone concerned about economics and sound money.

The Death and Taxes poster is really good for visualization. For the actual numbers, I like to read the US government statistics from their own web sites. The balance sheet for 2007 can be found in the following PDF.

I like to read the data from the site below. They break it out by department showing how much taxes were taken and from where and which departments got how much money. It also shows the drastic comparison of the year 2000 balance sheet vs. 2007.
