Tarrant County Texas Conventions this Saturday! Live updates

For some reason, the greenpapers site does not have info on the Texas county conventions, at least that I can find.

Can someone knowledgable give a brief rundown on the timeline and significance of the Texas county conventions?

Not a precint delegate. I was travelling during the Precint meeting on the 3rd. Can I be of any help?

Yes! Come to the meeting tonight so you can get trained. We need everyones names etc. We can put you on a slate to become a state delegate. You will need to show up to the SD9 convention on Saturday 21st. You then go to the Nominations Committee room before the convention, get signed up and interview to become a state delegate. You won't be able to vote in the SD convention though becuase you aren't a Senate District Delegate.

Edit: The interview isn't a big deal. Some people get panicked by the idea. They ask simple stuff, like, why you want to go and will you show up. They have had issues with people becoming delegates and not showing up, this is how we win, show up.

Oddone, could you please pm Bern? He knew nothing of the process just that he has to go somewhere today to be interviewed to be a delegate and needed some help. He started a thread on it but there weren't many people from Texas around.
