Ooops indeed! White people are more likely to be on medicare than blacks. And yes that's even per capita. That's mainly because medicare is for seniors and whites live longer, but still.

I wish we had more time to play with this. I wonder ho many elderly republican Iowans are willing to give up their medicare just to keep blacks from getting some.
