March 3rd. i've been telling my friends and colleagues to save this date - and most have said they will. i definitely want to win King County. this may be the easiest state to win of the bunch.

there are a number of threads around this site explaining the caucus process here in Washington. it won't take that much participation, so please encourage everyone you know in this state to show up. we can do this.

perhaps if we do we will find our views more acceptable to the establishment republicans that run the show here. hence - no more Rossi campaigns and Reichert (my rep) won't be one of 3 representatives to allow cap and trade. he still hasn't signed on to audit the fed....

this isn't only a thread for residents. if anyone has friends, relatives, or other contacts here please encourage them to set aside a few hours on the morning of March 3rd for freedom's sake.

48. if we can win King Co. (and i know we can if we get our friends to show up) we will win the state. KCGOP will try to defend its turf "like a momma grizzly" but i think they will submit with limited dignity if they are overwhelmed and convinced that liberty is more important than coercion. and many on this side don't really get too uptight about about gay issues so i don't think any of the clones will appeal much to these folks.

I think this may be the most important state to win also. It is the lone contest right before Super Tuesday, and we need that momentum.

The caucus is open to anyone registered to vote AND anyone can register to vote AT the caucus.

Remember that the caucuses begin at 10 AM on Saturday, March 3.

I plan on hitting the streets! I am in King County as well, Federal Way more specifically. I admit, I am new to the local politics scene. How do I find out my legislative district etc. and how do I get involved

Here you go, when you finish the search right under your address near the top it will get you your precinct and your legislative and congressional district will be there in that long list.
