Ive filed to be a delegate next week and just got this call...

caller: i have a short one question survey for delegates to the state convention
me: who are you with?
caller: conquest research
me: who is behind this?
caller: long pause...and hangs up

Seems fishy to me.

I got the same one this morning, asking if I was going to vote for Bolling or Cuccinelli. I just said "I'm not comfortable answering that." Their reply: "We understand. Thank you for your time."

Since I haven't heard anything from the RND at this point, I figured I wasn't signed on as a delegate. Perhaps I should give them a call and find out.

i've heard nothing either... but I also filed for the 7th district convention and heard nothing. I emailed the local committee that I filed with and he said I was in for both. For what it's worth. When I showed up at the 7th district convention I was let in, my name was on the list. I assume it will be the same on the 16th.

You should be getting emails from candidates if you provided them with an email address (so far, three of the four running for National Committee and Rob Bell, running for AG in 2013 - maybe the emails are going to spam?) - but if you're getting a phone call from this company stating that you're a convention delegate, then you're a delegate, because they wouldn't be calling if you weren't on the master list they got from whichever campaign hired them. #RunOnSentence

I'm sure you can call RPV and make sure that you're on the list, if you're concerned.
