Super Bowl Commercial Update

i agree.
this video stands apart from others and will most definetly get peoples attention. remember this is the super bowl. people are not very inclined to watch a political ad........ they want something entertaining

People love watching the commercials during the superbowl, and this one JUST SCREAMS "WATCH ME! I'M STRANGE!" I do think this one really would grab peoples attention.

Can we put aside the bicker over the ad for awhile and concentrate on donating. Thx

Like the funny one too.

There's also another one I like but can't find on YouTube. Used electrical-like special effects and I THINK it was designed to be used at the premiere of a movie, the sequel to Network or something like that?

It was visually very intriguing, which is why it got my attention. It might also have been one of the ads designed for the CNN/YouTube ad contest.

Anyone know which ad that might have been?

Sounds good. If you find it, we'll look at it.

Frankdoggs one with the file folders is great!
So is the one of the guy changing the channels.

On Music - the bands with a * have a Ron Paul song - they all support us. The list is dated.

It's this one. Jake found it for me and he concurs. It's dynamite:

As Jake put it:

I would argue this needs to be the video.

Powerful music - check
Great visuals - check
Communicates the message - check
Memorable - check!!!
to which I added:

No talking - hooks the viewer
Dynamic, dramatic - doesn't initially look like an ad
Capitalizes on/doesn't set conflicting emotion with Superbowl fever - downer or softer themed ads might do that (would be perceived as boring, by contrast)

Next time you put out a press release type thing, I suggest you put it through a spell checker. There were at least 10 errors in the body of post #1 of this thread.

I corrected them before sending it all over.

Have his closing remark at the last debate, it's 30 seconds or so, and sums up his superior positions...imo.

I have an idea. HQ is asking for 5 million by Feb 5th.

Give all of the money raised for the SB commercial to them. At least they can spread it around better than a single 20 second segment that will be seen once. Just seems like it would be put to a more useful purpose.

My opinion of course.

downloading with adrian the high res 200mb file as we speak

I am downloading the high res version for grassroots efforts on super bowl sunday and for sending it out to all states that want ads through operationbroadcastfreedom.

Anyone has meetups that want to get this on their local tv let me know !
