BUT PLEASE verify this and get it in writing and all of that jazz.

It has happened to me once, to Lawrence (llepard) and another person...

ad is awesome!!!

Excellent Work!

Great ad, great work! A couple of things:

1. As another poster indicated, verify that this will be placed. I have run newspaper ads for my business and I can tell you things get screwed up. We have had ads placed before that have not made it to the paper when expected. Of course, they have agreed to run it later, but given the time sensitivity of this, verify!

2. A critique, ok I think the ad overall is great, but I think it misses a few key points and focuses a bit too much on Iraq. Now, I don't live in MA, but I used to and much of my family lives there and I know how frustrated they get with taxes and the economy. This really should be stressed more - the economy. Even polls are showing that the number one issue now is the economy and Ron Paul is "golden" on this issue. Also, many family members are collecting SS and do not understand why they are being taxed! Additionally, they have been scared into believing that Ron Paul is going to eliminate SS, when this is simply not true. Changing this understanding of Ron Paul is not always easy. The grassroots really needs to be reaching out better to the retired and elderly communities - and yes they read newspapers, vote, and like sports - my 85 old Aunt is a die hard Red Sox and Patriots fan and can name every player.

3. Some of the posts here mention using this ad for their areas. I would suggest before doing that, consider the issues that are germane to those in your state/metro, these may not necessarily be what will make someone reading it find interest. So, edit accordingly, you only have one chance with an ad like this, so you really need to make it count. Not to mention the Patriots should be removed - great touch for Boston though!

Last note - it seems to be that one thing I am not seeing mentioned as much as it should be is how Ron does not participate to the Pention and how he gives back to the US treasury every year. Believe it - this single issue has won over many people that I *never* thought would vote for Paul, die hard Dems. It's simple, it shows his character quickly and easily, and shows that he "practices what he preaches"

Cheers - and thanks Boston for a great job done - go Patriots!

The only thing left now is to get the New England Patriots to endorse the doctor.

make sure they dont all of a sudden forget to print it....it has happened before

Wow, that ad should be shared and printed in newspapers across America. You can tell it was very well thought out. Bravo to those supporters.
