I'm posting this to centralize our best strategies for engaging the public tonight via social media regarding the exclusion (by Fox) from the debate.

First off, everyone must share Rand Paul's event photo about his own National Town Hall. It's usually best to share his own photo so it will link up your contacts with his official page.

Here are the hashtags we know will be active:
#RandRally
#StandWithRand

This article from The Hill includes great quotes - and all seen easily on Facebook:

thank you for the ideas!

Tweet from FOX Business:
https://twitter.com/FoxBusiness/status/687753005563809792

"Who do you think will win the debate tonight on Fox Business? Let us know by tweeting with #GOPDebate."

*Can we embed Tweets on here? How?

When posting, click "Go Advanced", click the blue "T" (twitter icon), and in the tweet brackets paste the long numbered code you find for that tweet on twitter*

*You get the code when you click on the tweet you want in twitter. it should go to a url with a /status/bunchofnumbers here. You want to copy the numbers after the /status

I saw a meme where Cruz was holding a wad of cash and thanking Goldman for financing his campaign, anyone know where that is?

We Want Rand! #WeWantRand

Is that the new hashtag for tonight?

...as you might have guessed from my posts above, I think that attacking Cruz (politely, factually, w/ good humor) is almost as important as promoting Rand tonight.

If Rand's going to get a big bump before Feb. 1st, it's most likely going to have to come from (soon-to-be-former) Cruz supporters.

^^^lol

I guess Rubio chinced out and got the basic supporter package; a couple extra bucks for the enthusiasm option would have been worthwhile.

I really hope Rand will introduce himself at the town-hall with an exceptional speech. Focussing on the principles of America. Focussing on why giving up on these principles is losing what is making America great. I hope he will be bold, as he was at his announcement speech. Bolder even. I really hope we will see a speech with the impact such as Reagan's "A time for choosing."

I hope he smiles all the way through, I hope he makes some funny but snarky comments. Why am I hoping on all of this ? LOL. I know, if he is himself, he does great!

I am trying to get as many of the people I know to watch. It's a very small contribution but I'm proud to be able to do something for a change. :p
