Sometimes Stossel is annoying, but I think his "devils advocate" interviewing style really fit in here. He asked the questions that alot of people have.

It was not cocky, it was uncomfortable...he was hearing something he has generally never agreed with but he was actually AGREEING with it. That headbob/face was DISCOMFORT.

Good observation though, I noticed it too...I just felt that his emotions were not quite what you think they were.

Nah, for whatever reason, Murdoch has an evil side, Fox's entire broadcast network, and then he has that little inner good voice. I call it Fox Business

I tweeted the interview and a good friend (neocon) replied that the Col's arguments sounded ridiculous because he didn't know how to "articulate". I pointed out that this guy's been part of the military-industrial complex for over 3 decades and he never mentioned his "articulating" problems when on O'reilly or other MSM outlets.

Great stuff... we keep chipping away at the support for an interventionist foreign policy. People are starting to question it more and more.

I remember after 9/11 and the beginning of the Iraq war seeing this guy on Fox CONSTANTLY. He was one of about 4 or 5 paid 'military analysts' Fox brought on prime time almost every night to hawk war. Haven't seen him as much the last 3 or 4 years, but then, I got rid of my cable, so what do I know?
