That's a good article. I like how he drew a parallel between the government monopoly on currency and the government monopoly on postal service. Too many people think that just because it has been that way forever (well, living memory at least) that it MUST be that way. We need to wake people up to the fact that inflation (even at the government's supposed "low" 3%) is not inevitable, and is not necessary.

Private currency would be vastly superior to the dollar.
