Pentagon Press Secretary Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder provided the following readout:
Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III spoke with Ukrainian Minister of Defence Rustem Umerov today to discuss the latest battlefield developments and the upcoming meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group.
Secretary Austin reiterated the commitment of the United States and our coalition of approximately 50 Allies and partners in supporting Ukraine in its ongoing fight against Russia’s unprovoked aggression.
The two leaders pledged to remain in close contact.

^ Pentagon still 100% committed to Ukraine Project.
Ongoing:
Steadfast Defender 2024 or Steadfast Defender 24 abbreviated STDE24 is a NATO exercise that will take place from 22 January to 31 May 2024 throughout the Trans-Atlantic region. It will be used to practice the response to a hypothetical aggression by a power or adversary against a member country, activating Article 5 (alliance case) of the North Atlantic Treaty. The exercise is part of the series of Steadfast Defender maneuvers. It is the largest NATO maneuver since the end of the Cold War.
The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) has issued a Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) covering a vast tract of airspace in the east of the country, along its border with Belarus and extending all the way to the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad, on the Baltic coast. (wiki)
Steadfast Defender is broken down into two briefly overlapping missions. Part 2 is most relevant to Polish airspace:
STEADFAST DEFENDER 2024 Part 1 takes place from February 1 to March 15, 2024; this is a maritime-focused live exercise (LIVEX) that will train headquarters through rehearsing the strategic deployment of forces to continental Europe. This will also include demonstration of NATO’s ability to execute an amphibious assault in a permissive and/or non-permissive environment.
STEADFAST DEFENDER 2024 Part 2 takes place from February 12 to May 31, 2024; this is a multi-domain demonstration of NATO and national military capabilities led by Joint Force Command Brunssum, and in coordination with linked national exercises across continental Europe. Part 2 will exercise the Very High Readiness Joint Tasks Force's (VJTF) while deploying to Poland where the VJTF will be integrated into the Polish DRAGON 24 exercise.
Polish NOTAM:
The warning, which was posted on February 2, 2024, on PANSA’s website, is valid for the period from February 5 (06.00 UTC) to May 5, 2024 (06.00 UTC) and it is due to concerns about an increasingly threatening security situation in the east of the country.

I want to highlight one aspect of the NOTAM that Hal stresses: "UNPLANNED military activity" in Eastern Poish borders with Belarus, Ukraine, or Kaliningrad.
So, I read the NOTAM: it's there: "UNPLANNED MILIARY ACTIVITY RELATED TO ENSURING STATE SECURITY CAN BE
EXPECTED WITHIN THE AREA."

* NOTAM ends May 5 but SD ends May 31
** NOTAM says UNPLANNED (SD Is not UNPLANNED)
