I am not sure but will try and find out if you do first please let me know and I am trying to get a state wide list if you dont mind will you pm me you name address and phone number and what district you are in and email lol sorry trying to keep this going we have 30 days

there is a map online. However if you cant find it just ask and they will tell you. If the clerks office will not the voter registration office will. Also in most cases you will be required to stop by the voter registration office to get it authorized first. They will notit stating what pricinct you are registered in and what party if any you are affiliated with based on your vote in the last primary you voted in.

In Johnson county, the clerk, voter registration and election board contact are the same person. I plan on gong down in person tomorrow and having her help me complete the form. I will post the info I find out tomorrow night. If anyone in Johnson county needs to contact her the info is below:

You will have to obtain this information from your county office. It is not congressional district, state senate district, or any of the above. I requested a copy of this specific district information for my county (Kosciusko) and I assume that you could do the same.

Just go to the office and ask for help, they will do everything they can. It is their job, after all. Just make sure you aren't wearing any Ron Paul gear.

Bah, you do, don't you? I feel really stupid now. They're going to get my form in the mail and be like... "wtf mate?" I just figured they would notarize it when they got it but of course that's not how it works, I don't know what I was thinking. Guess I'll have to take a trip down there in person.

Just filed myself, very easy process. My buddy is filing his as we speak, though he is in a different district. I did have a question though, how many delegates are there per delegate district? I think I understand that if the number of people filing to become a delegate is equal to or less than the allowed number for my district, I automatically am elected. However, if the number exceeds that then the names get added to the primary ballot and voted on just like a candidate? I need to find out how many delegates there are for my district.

F. Nelson Peters filed for re-election today for the post of Allen County Commissioner - 1st District.

A familiar name filed for Allen County Council At-Large. Robert A. Armstrong filed as a Republican candidate for nomination to one of the three positions to be voted on in 2008. He is not the Robert Armstrong who served on the Allen County Council and as former mayor of Fort Wayne.

Susan Orth, Deputy County Treasurer, filed, as expected to succeed Robert Lee as Allen County Treasurer. Incumbent Allen County Surveyor Al Frisinger also filed for re-election.

Incumbent East Allen County Schools board members Kenneth Eytcheson and Terry Jo Lightfoot also filed. The school board positions are non-partisan.

Candidates for precinct committeeman and state convention delegates of the two respective major political parties also filed today. 4 candidates filed for Republican precinct slots; 1 Democrat did so.

Two Republicans filed for state convention delegate. There were no Democrats who filed for delegate.

Persons can file for both precinct committeeman and delegate for their party. Filing for either or both of those positions does not preclude them from filing for another county, school board or tax board position.
