Santorum recently gave a speech where he said that a vote for Romney is no better than a vote for Obama.

He recently sent emails to all of his supporters telling them to work with the Paul supporters against Romeny.

Santorum SUSPENDED his campaign, he hasn't officially withdrawn. If he comes back in a few weeks, he's going to want Romney to have as few delegates as possible.

ALL of this points to Santorum supporters backing Paul now.
