That would mean that RP was over 11 points in the polls... when has he been +11%?
And where is this? Surely not nationally, they've pretty much capped that around 8%.

well since this post is in "Ron Paul's Congressional Reection" I would guess he's talking about Ron is down 11% in his district and reelection to congress.
