Thats quite true. But it is very difficult to use one computer to track another one if the two never talk to each other. Usually the Fingerprinting computers are 3rd Party, which is where the effectiveness of the plethora of ways that you can prevent your computer from "talking" to the fingerprint scanner.

I have never changed my name and never tried to hide. I decided to ignore my student loan until the dollar collapses and pay it off cheap. I am currenctly paying on my loan. They tracked me down through former church friends and facebook.
