So 84% Reporting is Considered a Win?

I saw in the newspaper today and online that Romney won Maine...with 84% reporting. There were still 92 precincts unreported.
 
There are many threads. 83% are reporting because not all caucuses scheduled themselves during the presidential preference straw poll.
 
Looks like the Detroit News was brave enough to question what is going on in Maine!! Good for them. Please read this---but don't hold your breath that CNN, CBS and FOX will print this piece of news!!!

Something to consider:

If Paul had a slim lead over Romney, would they have said they weren't going to count any subsequent votes (even from the county that had to postpone their caucus)??
