The empty chair. :(

It's sad alright. That's for sure. But, Thomas and Justin are there now to carry on. And Ron will now be more free to be out there spreading the message.

It'll be ok. That's what I keep telling myself, at least.

It is sad but I am very proud of what Ron Paul has done. He changed my life and I know he has other's too for the better. It's nice to know that the seeds he planted will one day be a forest of trees of liberty.

damn....makes me want to cry. i wish i could do something for ron to let him know how much we all love him. :(

You know what? ... I really think he knows. And I think that's a great comfort to him, despite all the slights and insults and attacks he suffers in the service of freedom.

I hope (and think) that this is true. I'm guessing that that when one of us runs for office (no matter the level), it is one of the best compliments that we can give him because we've engaged in the political process and are trying to make a positive change.

Is there any way to actually get in touch with him? I'd love to send him a pic of my daughter, she's a direct result.

I read a story - maybe here - about someone that sent a picture of their liberty baby, and he sent it back, signed with a note to the child on the back. :)

I'm pretty sure they won't allow us to create a shrine.

I know in the j-school building at UNC they have a full reproduction of Charles Kuralt's office, just as he left it. Nearly everything in it was in his original office.

Is it possible Thomas can put in a request for the office? I assume Justin already has his. And who's going to rent the apartment that Rand shared for awhile? Oh, well, it would have really been something to visit that office. Photos and videos will have to suffice for many of us.

Don't know of they still do, but HP kept the founders' offices intact too.

this just makes me warm all over.
I wonder how many babies born since 2008 have been given the name Liberty...
