At age 14 Maria Piacesi confirmed Biden pinched her nipple, in an Instragram, but would not pursue it for fear of losing friends and being called a liar.

As film slows down you can distinctly see Piacesi flinching and pulling away from Biden, who is smoothly keeping peoples' eyes on him not the girl.

That is Snopes' weakest position. They can't say false because it is right in front of your eyes. Anything is unproven until it hits a discovery process in a court of law. The real tantalizing part is even Snopes says "up for debate." That's as close to a backstab of Biden as Snopes will get.
