Sign Waving and Open Carry. Quick Question

Let me ask a quick questions. Im in PA, we have natural open carry of firearms. Last week there was a drive by shooting where Im going to sign wave. I was planning on open carrying, but I don't want to hurt Ron Paul's image. Frankly open carry is very respected here in PA and not many people have a problem with it. Anyone have an input? Also I have the navy blue ron paul shirt against my camo green XDM, so it wouldnt be sticking out like yellow on black.

It's a Republican primary... I imagine those most likely to take issue would be democrts.

BUT if you need to ask if it's a good idea, on some level, it sounds like you know that it isn't.

I'd agree - it's not the time or place to demonstrate your right to open carry - if you're worried about safety then carry concealed...

2nd amendment aside - you do realize there is a large group of potential RP voters that are scared to death of firearms - no need to turn those people off thinking we are all right wing gun nuts (even if we are...)

Even is rural Republican parts of PA, we have soccer moms who shit bricks at the sight of a gun. And ocing in an area where there was just a drive-by miiiight result in a couple 911 calls should someone notice the gun.

Depends where in PA you'll be. Where I live, nobody would even blink.

Some of the uppity philly suburbs you might have an issue.

I really doubt you will turn off any potential RP GOP primary voters in PA carrying.

Just use common sense and you'll be fine.
