I had gadzillions of really cool desktops before my hardrive decided to go awol. sigh...I really liked mario bros/supernintendo, my son and I used to play for hours and had some really good times--note, I never learned how to "fly/float" but my nephew was wizbang at it. I know, old times, but it was cool. then. Spiderman your desktop brought back memories...

It is a contrast picture of a valley under the Serra da Estrela, which means Mountain Range of the Star. Picture was taken by Joel Antunes.

Having these pictures is a way for me to feel connected to my Portuguese family heritage. What's left of it.
