Yes. It's a damn bathroom; go in there relieve yourself and leave. If you are "uncomfortable" with the conduit through which bodily fluids exit the person in the stall next to you, you're a crazy person.

That sets up a whole legal nightmare for the property owner. Any person not pleased about who the owner lets in any given bathroom will be sued. Better let our fearless leader set protocol for most of us to follow.

Seems to me the problem is still people failing in the recognition and protection of property rights.

Does it come down to how well the trans person can pull off "the look"? I've seen some questionable-gender looking people on the "People of Walmart" who weren't even trying to be Trans; and I wonder if they get challenged when they try to use the bathroom.

How many of the following would you challenge if they tried to use the women's bathrooms?

The latest "bathroom laws" would have Paulo Batista ("XX" chromosome pairing) using the women's bathroom. I suspect that most people might be upset about that:

In order to maintain some semblance of a civilized drinking establishment I would imagine bar owners would suggest all those born with vaginas to use the ladies room , men to use the mens room and chicks with dicks to go out back.

I was wrong.

I failed to see the political aspect of this.

Indeed!

You know what? I firmly believe in a "don't ask, don't tell" policy as in "If the only way someone can tell is to examine what's between your legs, then use what people believe you to be." True story. My older cousin took my brother and I to see Eddie Murphy Raw in the theater. At one point I had to use the restroom. So I went to the men's room and saw what I thought was a woman. I immediately assumed I made a mistake and said "My bad" and started walked out while "she" was saying "No wait! It's okay!" As I was about to go into the other restroom I saw it was clearly marked "women." So...I slowly went back to the "men's" room and the "woman" said "You don't understand. I'm here for the Rocky Horror Picture Show and members of the audience dress up as their favorite characters." I was like "It's okay. I don't have to go."

Bottom line. If you can pass, go ahead. If you have to ask permission to use the other bathroom then...maybe you aren't doing that good of a job of passing. Like the obvious dude in the OP video. (Wow that was a long time ago!)
