i get you. but you are talking an exchange of a physical good.

I'm talking the simple process of them taking my credit card payment so i can have access to an archive. not an exchange of a good, but a transaction of money for a service. there was never a need to mail anything in their case. they just wouldn't accept an APO billing address.

I beat them tho. I changed my address on my card and in the access request to my dad's address in the U.S. and got right in and what I wanted.

I know that most credit card verification systems have to match the card to zip code. If there is no zip code the system will not match the card with you.

Then I really don't know what the business's problem is. Maybe next time try typing in crap in the street address section but use the APO zip code as the billing, and have the shipping address as the apo. Since the cc verification systems only use zip code it should go right through. In this you don't even have a shipping address because you only need access to the document.
