Should Ron Paul release attack ads for both Romney and Santorum?

It worked so well with Gingrinch and Perry. If these two clowns such as Romney and Santorum are taken out then it is a clear path to the nomination.

Forget about Santorum. He served his purpose. Expect him to go back to the realm of obscurity.

Why are people counting out santorum, thats what we did when the media said he was surging. I more suspect the media pulling a "hunstman surge" before NH but santorum could be a pain. Depends on his polling of course

I think Romney is too entrenched in NH to dislodge. frothy is going nowhere in NH. The threat is huntsman coming from behind like frothy did in IA. That took everyone by surprise. Knocking frothy down before SC is helpful, because I have a feeling SC will buy into frothy's brand of bible thumping war and hate.

The media has already began to dissect him. Outside of that, he has no money and no organization.

If I'm Ron Paul's campaign chair, I'm gunning for Romney alone, and let everyone else worry about Santorum.

He is only entrenched there because no one is attacking.

^ This. Apparently CNN were scrutinizing him earlier, while other outlets have been picking him apart, too. They won't be able to use him again if they're dismissing him this quickly.

He bribed every last GOP politician in NH down to the local sherrifs with campaign contributions. That's why he's so strong. You can't beat that.

The campaign should have an ad in the waiting for all future possible last minute flavor of the week candidates. Huntsman will be used as the disposable candidate just like Santorum was for Iowa, count on it. Also have in the waiting a "truth telling ad" on Trump, Jeb Bush, and any other loser-has-been candidate that the GOP might use in as chum for holding Ron Paul back.

Make the ads now, so you can deliver them in an instant if needed.

Romney went unattacked before Iowa and everyone here was asking why the campaign didn't attack him and we gave all these different answers as Ron Paul is theanti-Romney vote. We paid a price for it. It is time to nail Romney to the wall.

That's what we attack him with. Scandals give the media good ratings.

To me it just seems so right to just say..

"You want to know why the media and establishment on both sides is attacking me, Ron Paul? Let me tell you why.."

Show a picture of Romney
- Supports Endless wars and starting new ones (iran), supports bailouts to failed banks and corporations, no effective plan to cut spending.

Now show a picture of Ron Paul and have him say..
I do not support unconstitutional wars and I believe in diplomacy. I did not and I do not support bailouts. And I have a comprehesive plan to cut 1 trillion dollars of spending the first year. I also predicted the economic collapse back in 2001 & 2007. So while I was warning about the ecomony, the others were finding reasons to wage wars that will never end, unless they are constitutional - we declare them, we win them, we come home!

I represent you, not the special interests.

Definitely on Romney, but the media attacks may be enough to scrub Santorum; if he does well in another near state where he "should have" been able to do well (or worse, if he wasn't expected to do well), then yes, issue one on Santorum too. Hopefully it won't be necessary.

I think the MAIN thing is to get OUR message out there and concentrate on taking Romney down a peg or two. First and foremost, get OUR message out there (and refined).

Santorum will last no longer than perry or Cain. Gingrich may surge back up. Huntsman will be used in NH.

Romney is troublesom. He is the most formidable. Attacking him could be bad in that he has the money and influence to respond. I think the campaign is waiting for the field to clear before going after Romney. As long as the others stand, attacks on Romney could just help the flavor of the week more than Paul.

Or they might wait for Romney to throw the first punch.

Don't spend one dime on attacking Santorum! The liberal media will eat Santorum alive for all of anti-gay, heck anti-a lot of things comments. He is buried and he doesn't even know it yet. And to know the media knew about all of his skeletons and pumped him up to make sure Paul didn't win Iowa drives me bonkers. Ron Paul staff should've been a step ahead and ready for a Santorum bump with anti Santorum ads a few days ago. To do it now is a waste of money. Don't even bother.

Romney is the easiest. Look at how easy it was for Bush to destory John Kerry with the flip flopping. All he did was use his own words to kill him. Romney has the flip and the flop, also add in the healthcare plan that looks like obamacare ... also he was in favor of the bailout. The ads by all candidates should've made a bigger dent in NH by now, which is odd. Everyone needs to step it up against Romney.

Santorum would be gone this week, no need to focus on him.
just focus on Romney.
